About Sam Gounder, MD

Sivaraman Gounder, MD, is an experienced internal medicine specialist at Innovative Medical Group, a full-service concierge medicine practice located in Temecula, California. At the practice, Dr. Gounder provides expert and customized care to every patient he sees. 

Dr. Gounder obtained his medical degree from NYU Grossman School of Medicine, a medical school part of New York University in New York City. After graduating, he completed his internal medicine training at Rutgers University Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. 

Dr. Gounder has been practicing hospitalist medicine in Southern California for over ten years. He is a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine and affiliated with several hospitals, including Paradise Valley Hospital in National City, California, and Temecula Valley Hospital in Temecula, California. 

When he is not working, Dr. Gounder enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is also an avid tennis player.
