Dr. Amelia Henninger is a board-certified internal medicine physician with extensive experience in both hospital and outpatient settings. A long timeTemecula resident and proud member of the Temecula medical community, Dr. Henninger is known for her clinical excellence, compassionate bedside manner, and commitment to personalized, evidence-based care.
Dr. Henninger completed her internal medicine residency at the San Bernardino County Hospital: Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where she trained in high-acuity settings with complex and medically underserved patients. Her clinical foundation is strengthened by hospitalist and leadership roles at Temecula Valley Hospital where she also supervises internal medicine residents.
She earned her medical degree Cum Laude from St. George’s University, participating in the Keith B. Taylor Global Scholars Program, with part of her training completed in the United Kingdom through Northumbria University where she received a Diploma of Higher education in Medical Science. Dr. Henninger holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Point Loma Nazarene University.
With a deep-rooted passion for continuity of care and long-term wellness, Dr. Henninger enjoys transitioning her hospitalist expertise to the primary care setting—empowering patients with preventive strategies, chronic disease management, and individualized treatment plans.
When not in clinic, Dr. Henninger enjoys reading history, enjoying time with her family, and staying active in professional medical organizations.
